Mine is a replacement fork from a Hercules. My brother crashed one night when he was hammering and it went neutral on him. Broke the off side crank at the pedal end, and bent the fork. He got 7 stitches, the bike healed before he did
Look at the bottom of the seat tube where it joins the BB for a yellow decal.
