A lot depends on the restoration job, which looks a bit non-standard to say the least (red lugs?). How was it sprayed? Powdercoat or rattlecan, it's priced too high. Especially rattlecan. Rear mech hanger may have been tapped/modified.
Also, the parts loadout is decidedly non-standard, so I would not call this a restoration job, but a modification one. Semantical nit picking, I know. The buyer will have to decide how they feel about the parts.
Personally, with the various questions I have, I think it is overpriced. Price would be a bit high for a decent unmodified PX of the period (early/mid seventies) w/o fancy nervex.
