The D hanger hasn't been tapped. He made a consious effort not to modify the frame in any way. No rattlecan, either. It's powder-coated, then decals, then clear - all by an auto-body shop. He went with red lugs to make it obvious it's not original and that no one would ever try to pass it off as such. If I had the cash and desire, I'd drop this much on what's essentially a NOS reynolds 531 framed bicycle.
