Our initial (aggressive) offer was countered with a silly offer at whopping 1.5% discount from the listing price.

We countered with our best offer, which was a fair compromise.

Seller issued a "final" offer that was slightly better than her previous and included an unrealistic closing time frame.

I told seller to pound sand and walked away.

Seller has come back agreeing to our best offer.

Now deciding on if we'll move forward - seller's actions/demeanor point to a possibility of a frustrating transaction...
