Do you ever do any kettlebell stuff? That's what I'm doing for my strength work. It's totally kicking my ass. After about 1:20 of strength work I grabbed a quick lunch then road for about 1:20 in z1. I started to feel a little better towards the end of the ride, but I'm still pretty zapped.
At least my cold seems to be on the way out. Tomorrow z2.
Just hip thrusts and some shoulder work. Might have to take a look at some more kettleball stuff.
