Well, maybe one: We have one bike w/ a rear rack (tubus fly) mounted pretty low and the PB mount lever thingy that you push forward to release the light was pushed back by the fender. That's a) not an issue when there is no fender and b) also only an issue for battery changes since I never take the light off. And it is readily surmountable anyway.
I have the exact same set up. I mounted mine upside down to make removal easier, and the power button then is on top which makes it easier to hit with gloves on. Lights stays on just as well even upside down. Works with my pdw and of course the superflash.
I think I paid 5 bucks for it several years ago. It's solid, a no-brainer.
