your seat is probably too high. if your business is going numb then you current set up is probably jammed up there. excuse the technical speak, but yes, first try and lower your seat, or use your inseam to do a quick seat height equation and adjust accordingly. if you use the lemond method, then the top of your seat to the center of the bottom bracket should equal 88.3% of your inseam. so for me with a 34 inch inseam, 34 x .883 = 30.022 inches. tah dah. happy nuts!
