Blackburn and Knog are just a few of the companies producing small form lights that use those batteries. They ALSO make others models that are larger but will take AA or AAA batteries including rechargables. If battery cost and run times are a priority feature to you, suggest you look into things a little more next time BEFORE making a purchase. That info is usually provided on the packaging.
