It depends what's squeaking - if it's bits of the saddle squeaking against one another, not really. If it's the clamp, you can take it apart, grease the threads on the bolt (which should ideally be done to most of the bolts on a bike anyway, to stop them seizing) and tighten the whole thing back up. The grease isn't technically necessary, but it means you won't have to tighten the bolt as hard to get enough clamping force. That might stop the squeak.

The above is assuming you have a single-bolt saddle clamp, if there are multiple bolts, don't just gorilla them all down, post a picture.
