The ONLY real physical symptom Is a dry mouth, everything else Is In your head,

I carried a bottle of water close by for a week,
I wanted a smoke for a week,
I have no Idea why people have such a hard time quitting...
Just consider yourself lucky, and congratulate yourself. But please try to understand that it just isn't that easy for the rest of us.
