But then we (occassionally) learn from our mistakes. But was it a mistake? True, sitting and spinning at 8 mph is usually safer than pushing it. But... It doesn't sound like you are being careless or reckless in any way. Just a freak accident (or maybe equipment failure?)
BTW: That is a VERY nice looking bike!
