I travel to China and get a kick out of buying stuff in the markets in Shanghai. It's all hit or miss but when it's a miss it's a huge miss. Don't pay any more than what you are willing to use to light a cigar. Also, if you have any Chinese made lithium batteries, you are taking a big risk. Take them out and replace them with real lithium batteries from a legit battery company. The chinese ones overheat and blow up on you.
