The reason I am going to 25's, there is clearance, but not much.
Since this is a time trial frame, there is no mounts for bottles
so I went with a seat mount, and had to lower it to be able
to mount and dismount with out hitting the bottles.

I had posted the Javelin in the road bike section, but they told me I would
go straight to hell if I put flat bars on that bike!
