Late 80s (89?) Bridgestone RB1. Used, fair to good condition. Full Shimano 105 group, down tube shifters. Nitto bar and stem. Selle Italia Flite saddle. 105 hubs with Mavic CXP22 rims, Specialized tires.

I got the frame second hand and went back and forth on whether to repaint it or to build it. Current paint is in fair condition, plenty of scratches and scrapes, but no rust. BB threads are perfect. Seat post is not seized. No rust inside. Fresh frame saver. Plenty of grease on the rebuild. All components are in great shape. Too far gone cosmetically to be anyone's show piece, but still too young to not be ridden. Rides great; I can see what the fuss is about. Have a classic steel road bike for your collection or the coolest bar bike in Boston.
