Not all Ti bikes are equal, just like all steel bikes aren't, cf etc. Build, tube selection geometry counts for a lot. Think about it, each manufacturer offers a few models of each bike. Do you think that the Tarmac elite is representative of all CF or perhaps the Sworks. Moots offers 3 frame type -- why? Because they all ride differently. Just because the bike you bought doesn't live up to your expectations doesn't mean that Ti is overrated.
