Nice frame, but the $99 Nashbar Al frame for an integrated headset would even be better since my bike has an integrated headset, and I already have a fork. Nice looking out! I might go with this guy as it's $99 vs $289. Plus I prefer the no decal frame, and I can always use my Performance points on something else.

Yeah, it comes with everything, at least that's what it's supposed to.
I'm going to have to consider that Nashbar frame now, but thanks for reassuring me about this frame.
