Man, this motor does not work well in the cold. I barely kept up with the two riders ahead of me up the first hill on my commute, then watched them pull away as I was trying to catch my breath. It was only low-mid 40sF here this morning, which isn't bad compared to what some of you are doing, but it's hard on this Az native.

Ride home won't be much warmer, and it'll probably be raining pretty good. Think I'll take the 9 mile route home (I got a nice choice of routes: 4.5, 8, 12, 14) and make up the difference at the gym.
