Ah stop worrying about how you look off the bike, jerseys have pockets. As for which bike, either one would work. As for fit, it just looks like that bike is too small but I'm no expert. If you get a new bike it should come with a proper fit and if its a good shop they will sell you the right size for you not what stock they need to get rid of.
