Today I made my ghetto beater slightly less ghetto by swapping out the triple hybrid/mtb cranks with a 105 set that I had sitting around.



This frame was a recent dump find, and when inside I found the non-drive bearing retainer completely torn apart. I replaced the bearings and cleaned everything up, and it is amazing how much smoother, quieter, and lighter this bike feels now! The bike was converted to fixed with all spare parts; I'm pretty happy with with it, considering $0 build.
