It's common practice here in Taiwan for people to move other's bikes and scooters and I don't want anyone messing with mine, so I park away from the crowd of scooters and handful of bikes. Most people also ride nondescript bikes to school or for general transportation. I'm sure mine is by far the most expensive on school grounds. I lock up at the back of the building, between a planter box and a sprinkler supply line so kids won't be messing with it. I do want to get a lock for the front wheel just to make sure.
