I just recently bought a road bike and didn't like the components, especially the rear der. . . so I scoured eBay and got a great deal on Ultegra set: rear der, cassette (11-23), brifters, cables and whatnot. I believe I have a Shimano. . .don't laugh. . . 2200 set on the bike right now. I already know that i will need a new chain, but will I need a new crankset, bb and front der, bc i was hoping to upgrade a piece at a time, so i don't want to invest in that right now.
