Nitto B206 seems to be a close match to that blue bike's bar.



I put a Nitto B206 Nordeast bars on my "new" 40 year old commuter last weekend. I had a pair of GB All Rounders that were very similar; however they broke last summer. The B206 bars have a teeny bit less rise, but I like them a lot.
