By the way, this week's 66.75 miles was truly the toughest commuting I've ever done (well, the last 29 or so miles of it anyway). I'm not sure how much of it was pushing my bike, but in terms of hours spent (8:20:37.50) it was the equivalent of about 125 miles at a more normal speed.
