I would buy one if it was actually for sale for $200 and we could test if the cameras were actually good quality. Kickstarter is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes you pay your money and get nothing in return.
I do wonder about putting a couple of hundred with no surety of return and I do have some questions about battery life and the value of the rear camera on the helmet.
