I did figure out on my own that if I take a photo using the lowest resolution possible and then attach it, it looks better.
I guess it depends on what kind of photo software you are using and how much you compress the file/picture. I can post an 800x600 pic reduced down to about 50k that looks decent. Here's one that I recently posted. I don't think the pic quality came out too bad.

Or you can use a third party website to host your photos like ht001 mentioned above.
