Anyway, you got back into your "zen" zone, which is pretty much what I do. If I'm with my wife or daughters, I say that whatever bad that happens is part of the great adventure. My youngest daughter has started watching the old Kung Fu series and she describes it as the balance between good and bad, that you would have to hide from the good to try to avoid the bad, so acceptance is best.
