Crankset advice needed for IGH set up

Hi all,

Looking for some advice on a nice crankset and proper ring for an IGH project.

The frame is a Peugeot Mixte, for my wife, and will be running either a 5 speed Or 8 speed SA IGH hub w/ drum brake.

Prefer something like Stronglight or TA for this. What would the best tooth count be ? Will be used in a hilly riding environment, so I want to make the climbing easy.
