BTW, everyone has been talking about radial spokes lacing, that is not what you have done here with wheel in front. The picture below is a wheel with radial spokes
The spokes have to extend straight out and can not be angled in any way, or the wheel will have no lateral strength and will collapse under you as you ride. Further you have to make sure the hub is strong enough to handle radial lacing (most new hubs can). The difference is traditional lacing does not pull straight out on the hub's spoke holes (the spokes are always at an angle to the spoke holes on the flange), so the spoke holes were drilled very close to the outside edge of the hub flange. With radial lacing the hub needs the holes drilled farther from the edge of the flange so there is more hub material to support spoke pulling straight out inside of off to the side. So when we talk about combining cross spokes with radial it will look like this.
