I agree with Daveyates. That doesn't look like the typical Routens, so it could be an inexpensive or re-branded model, or the seller is simply pulling a fast one. Regardless, it appears to be a very nice bike. I'd be more than happy to drop 700$ on it if it were my size (assuming 700c wheels, it looks to big).
