! Do you to Tri or TT mostly? Just wondering, because it doesn't look like the seat would meet the UCI rules on the placement of the saddle when you have the seatpost in the forward position like you have it there, and mostly the rules for TTs(at least in my area) are the UCI rules. just curious.
I've only been riding a little over two months so I'm still building up my base miles and working on my speed. I haven't done any TT's or races as of yet, my first TT/race is Oct. 1st. A 65 mile race with an 18 mile TT in the middle.
I'm not good enough to be concerned with UCI rules yet.
But one day maybe. I’m surprised they would have a rule about saddle position. Dose a forward seat position give you that much of an advantage?
I'm still playing around with seat positions. Right now I have the seat as far forward as it will go. I wanted to see if there would be any comfort issues on my 30-40 mile rides. So far, I like the forward seat position, it seems gives me more leverage and power without sacrificing comfort.
