Just wondering what you thought of these snaps. Had a crash today headon.

Noticed this bulge and crack either in paint or more and a bent fork. It rode like normal and then i noticed the fork....then thought I better get off and give it a good going over and noticed the downtube. Its a steel pinarello frame. Do i have to resign this or is it fixable being steel. Can i ride whilst waiting to take it to a frame builder or too dangerous?
