Have your LBS try a "more angled" stem, stock stems are usually 10 to 17 degree stems, I have a non-adjustable 35 degree stem on my bikes that's after market and you can get them up to 45 degree, then to get the right, Distance for your reach to the bars, these stems come in different lengths too. Mine is a 35 degree/110mm long, Iv'e seen 70 mm up to 140mm long stems, with different degrees of angle, FYI.
