Bikes: Bianchi Specialissima, Mongoose Hilltopper ATB, Surly Cross-Check, Norco City Glide

Blackburn made one that had clips mounted on the eyelets and on the seat tube and it bore the weight of a regular rack. A friend of mine has one but I am not sure whether it is still manufactured.
