Man I am glad you said that! I always seem to get attitude when I pass another cyclist, especially those commuting. I always go for some chit chat and am denied. But when I see another ride out for a recreational spin there is either a wave or some conversation. Interesting. Maybe it is the funk coming off of my tights
I only find bright lights annoying when they are oncoming on the MUP. It's otherwise dark, so a bright headlight is really blinding...to the point of making it hard for me to see even when I am intentionally looking at the path and trying to avoid getting blinded. My light is pretty bright, but it's mounted very low and doesn't shine in other riders' eyes.
