Got these for free, are they worth restoring?

I got these at an estate sale for free. The lady just wanted them out of her yard. One says Columbia and the other says Sterling. I think the Sterling is about 1954 or 55 and although the paint is very faded, it doesn't have much rust on it. I think the Columbia is a Rat Rod? From the 1960's or late 1950's. Anyone recognize these? The Columbia's paint is still bright when I washed a little part of it but it has tiny rust spots all over. Do I use WD40 to get these off. I don't want to repaint these. I'd like to refurbish them as is. Are they worth the effort?
