WOW,you must be a big guy,...that frame looks HUGE! (maybe 63-64cm???) Definately a more aggressive geometry as the rear triangle looks very short. I'd guess a 700x25 tire is a big as you can fit in the rear, but maybe a 700x28?
One of the reasons i like the Paramount frame is because of the wider tire fitting ability,......32's no problem with room to spare for fenders to come or fitting an even wider tire perhaps? Air cushy for my tushy is nice :-)
The pullback bars remind me of the couple of Nitto "Albatros" bars i have and have tried a few times. Just haven't left them on any bike yet long enough to really give them a fair shot.
If anything, i might give them a try on this Paramount, in order to pull my reach back a fair amount. The longish top tube still has me stretched out a little more than i prefer. With my other setups i'm more comfortable in a higher upright position with the bars a few inches higher than the seat.
Now my seat is about even with the top of the bars.
On the Paramount, even with the long Dimension quill stem riser (converting to a threadless stem type), i'm up as far as i can go. The stem is a riser type of maybe 70mm or so and not my quality preference. I do have a bit longer 90mm Thomson Elite stem coming with 15 degrees of rise, that the Albatros might just be the ticket for! I'll add a few pics if i go that route, but it would look a lot like your setup.
