I don't know these bikes at all so forgive my ignorance on relative value. That being said, if it is not a bike of some significance, why paint it as you like and call it what like....heck make up a name. If I come upon an unidentifiable or other common (not necessarily low end) frame that seems worthy of a project, it will powdercoated and ridden. Might be blue, might be green. Won't be something I can't say for sure what it ever was.
