I also do my shopping after work. In my city it is extremly rare to meet another person doing shopping on a bicycle. I never see a fully kitted cyclists walking around the stores. Everybody drives around here. You people in Germany are very lucky to have a large number of commuter cyclists and a good cycling infrastracture..I am jelous.
