Had a great ride on the bike path along the Potomac with my brother in law from just north of Mount Vernon to the Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, the new King Memorial, the Basin and along the Reflecting Pool...perfect/cool weather...rode a little over 31 miles.
There were quite a few people on the bike path between Alexandria and into DC, not so many on the way back.
There was a nice variety of bicycles on the path...df's, recumbents, and tandems.
Great day for a ride before dinner!
