wow.. this is a very good thread..
But I have a very late start and only have 4 days to go until month-end.
I didn't record how much distance I put in since last Sunday, but for the week (8days) I have 167kms (105miles).
I'll target 150miles (240kms) for November.
That gives me 70+kms to go..
