I already did in a post to the OP showing the average rent in his area for a 1 bedroom place. I also pointed out the turn around time in his area for owning. In his area it takes less than two years to make owning a better investment than renting for the average person considering his eyes were opened by the average cost of owning a car that I would suppose was bought by the average person.

It was in response to that that someone posted about what they pay in Colorado Springs and I posted the average rents there as well.
