You probably mean that the spoke crosses three other spokes but that the spoke in question is not laced (or, as we used to say in the '60s, is not "safety spoked"). Won't hurt to leave it as is. Won't hurt to loosen the spoke, lace it correctly, and tighten it back to tension, either.
