Update -
Challenge managed to replace the tire and STILL annoy me; they denied responsibility but are replacing as a "courtesy". So they still irritated me, but are also losing the tire. If you're going to replace the tire, why not be pleasant about it? This way you still aggravate the customer and are out the replacement.
Also - even with the replacement, I'm out the $15 in shipping both ways. Sometimes the LBS is a better option. I tried buying from my LBS, but they said it would take a few weeks...this way was supposed to save time. Whoops!
