That bike is a Specialized Sirrus built on Bizarro-Earth where everything is mirror image from our planet. Buy it immediately for the cool factor, but be prepared to find that replacement parts are impossible to find (all the threads are left-handed except the drive-side bottom bracket).

Really, it sure looks like a fine bike to me. The local co-op will probably have a cheap replacement wheel if the rear wheel is too bent.
