Thanks for the replys, I did everything like you guys said except for going to LBS and still having this issue, that's why I come here. I do clean them regularly with dampened rug ocassionally. Brake pads are aligned, with minimal clearance with the rim. Correct brake levers are used in compatible with the dual pivot caliper brakes. I am grabbing it like a workout hand grip and still it won't lock the rear wheel to make it skid or the front wheel to make it do endo...
The rim is Etato Mach 1 6061 T6 alloy 700c...
I have another very old and crappy bike with no name brake and 10 year old pads, which can lock the wheels easily with a little force applied... What am I missing?
