I went to the CalTrans site and sent an e-mail asking if the work on Skyline is now considered complete. I haven't rideen the whole expanse of it yet, but I wasn't too pleased with the section between OLH-84.
I think the belief in this Forum is that the work is in fact done and cycylists have to get used to it. I'll post any feedback I receive from CalTrans.
