I know this is a rather bit silly but I didn't see it to be new thread worthy.

Scrod, got any tips or tricks for getting into straps with bulky work shoes? I can thread the needle just fine with my Converses on but when it comes time to do it with my work shoes it is a nightmare. I've tried dialing in my strap length and shape by marking the strap positions with small velcro pieces on the inside, and its still considerably difficult.
