Nice man, I'm really starting to like that guy. I've been having a lot of fun at his spin classes and am bummed I cant go for a week or two while I heal up. I emailed him for some advice and he called me and we're going to meet up over coffee and discuss a training plan.

Thanks for the advice on the frame - I think I'll hold off on that one - seems a little rough. I think I'll be better for now on off-the-floor Felt, Bianchi or something similar.
