Yes, I only went on a 10 min ride before buying it, and the chain never came off, so I 'm positive that it happened before on someone else's test ride, or was done during the built. I don't think they have another bike in my size. If it comes down for them to repaint it, I'm going to tell them to put on a chain catcher.
