I get the vaccination every year, as the flu damn near killed me on two separate occasions. And just about every time I get vaccinated, the following day sucks - aches, fever, and nausea. It's obviously not the flu, but it's still no fun. I consider it a fair price to avoid being hospitalized, again, by the flu.
